MyMarket partners with third parties to ship the products sold through its website. It may take between 2-5 days for the order to be delivered within the Kingdom of Bahrain and between 5-14 days for the Gulf countries.
Shipping Charges
The cost of shipping products varies according to the type and size of the product, according to the rates collected from the shipping companies.
Circumstances beyond our control:
MyMarket is not responsible for any delay in shipments caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as:
- Bad weather.
- Flight delays.
- Official holidays and events on which companies and institutions will be closed.
- Customs clearance procedures.
- Other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancel the order after shipping:
- The buyer cannot cancel the order after the goods have been shipped, and if there are exceptional cases to cancel the order, the product amount will be returned only with the shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
- If the customer refuses to receive the shipment, the product will be returned with the deduction of the shipping cost and the cost of returning the product from the price paid for the product
- If MyMarket does not handle or process the shipment within 5 days, the customer will receive a full refund and the order will be cancelled.
